Matt Cochran

Matt grew up in Calhoun and is a graduate of Calhoun High School. He currently resides in Cartersville, where he owns and operates a successful stone masonry company. His beautiful wife, Brittany, is a professor at Georgia Northwestern Technical College and they have two amazing children, Cade and Macy Jean. Matt enjoys traveling, playing golf, and making music. He enjoys entertaining by playing the guitar and piano and is also quite the vocalist.

Suzanne Ross

My family moved around a lot when I was growing up. We moved to Gordon County in 1973 and loved it so much we stayed. All these years later I still love Gordon County. It is where I developed deep, lasting friendships, met my husband, raised my children, and am now watching my grandchildren grow. I became a REALTOR in 2007; the market bubble burst the same year. I struggled the first few years but hung in there and now have a successful business. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Bartow Area Board of Realtors.
The process of buying/selling a home can be a daunting process. Picking the right professional is important to insure a smooth transaction with very few surprises. I try to be available and helpful to all my clients and strive for their happiness. I will be there in every step whether you are buying or selling. Kelli Ross

Kelli has been licensed as a Realtor since 1996 and a broker since 2002, with a multitude of experience ranging from new construction, first time buyers, foreclosures and resale all the way to large land development. Kelli has received numerous awards over the years, such as Lifetime Million Dollar producer, all levels of Circle of Honor, and many prestigious franchise awards. Kelli is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors. For the local Board of Realtors, she has served as Secretary and Chairman of the Community Service Committee. 

Kelli is married to John Ross of 23 years, and she believes her greatest accomplishment is being a mother to their two children, Brandon and Emilee, both of which are graduates of Sonoraville High School. Living in the Sonoraville community, Kelli is involved in many events at Sonoraville High School. She has sponsored numerous sports in different ways over the years such as feeding the football players at pregame for 6 years, donating materials and time to improve facilities, hosting cheerleading swim parties, and basically, assisting however she can help out.  Kelli and her family also attend Sonoraville Baptist Church.Kelli is passionate about her work, her family and anything she is involved in. She enjoys being a part of her clients attaining the “American Dream” of homeownership. Most of her clients, over the years, have become friends and the majority of her business is from referrals and that is what she is most proud of. Her motto is “I want to do my job to the best of my ability and I want to be able to see my past and present clients in the grocery store and not have to worry about avoiding anyone due to my lack of honesty and integrity”.

Joey (Poppy) Lusk was born and raised in Gordon County and is the happiest and proudest Daddy and Poppy ever - and glad to be a part of Samantha Lusk & Associates.

Kaitlyn Silvers

She is married to Dustin Silvers who is a firefighter for Gordon County Fire Department. They are both lifelong residents of Gordon County, and love it here! Kaitlyn enjoys working with the public and looking at all the different styles of  homes in the area.

Torrie fowler

Torrie is a life-long resident of Gordon County and an honor graduate from Sonoraville High School. With an entrepreneurial spirit and positive mindset she started her real estate career in 2019 and within a year became a million dollar producer! Her love for real estate, strong work ethic and desire to succeed has warranted her quick success. She values meeting new people and building strong relationships with her customers and clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. She is excited for the opportunity to grow her real estate career and be a part of the team!

Mitzi hutchinson

Mitzi is a lifelong resident of Calhoun. Mitzi has experience in various areas from corporate to working in the city school system . Her true passion is working with customers and clients to make sure their needs are met and that they are well taken care of. She is married to Frank Hutchinson, COO of Universal Marketing, Inc. They are the proud parents of Curt Welch and his wife Brie, Melea Robbins and her husband John, and Kate Hutchinson. They are the adoring grandparents of Colt Welch and Emily Robbins. Mitzi enjoys serving in our community and she is extremely proud to be a part of this office!

TEENA LUSK

Teena is the mother of Samantha Lusk, is part of the LUSK team along with Samantha Lusk and Becky Bates, and specializes as a buyer's agent.  She has lived almost all of her life in Calhoun GA, is a graduate of Calhoun High School and the University of Georgia, and is married to Joey Lusk.  She spent the first part of her career in the textile industry, but chose to join her daughter in real estate in 2014 shortly prior to the establishment of Samantha Lusk & Associates Realty. Teena really enjoys meeting buyers and showing them homes, land and commercial properties that best suit their needs.  Her most fervent desire is not to have clients settle for something that is not quite suitable, but to facilitate their search to find the ideal property.​​​

 I have always had an interest in real estate since my very first summer job at a local bank.  As a lifelong resident of Gordon County I can use my knowledge to help you find that perfect property.  I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.  I returned to the Gordon County area where I was a credit manger for a large company and eventually continuing my career at a bank here in Calhoun, Georgia until my first child was born.  While taking time off from my career to raise my four children with my husband, Jaime Layson, I still continued to learn the ins and outs of real estate through property management.  I am thrilled for this new opportunity and being part of the Sam Lusk and Associates Reality.

​​Shannon is a former teacher and mother of four with her husband Will.  In January 2014, she decided that it was time for a career change and earned her real estate license.  Since that beginning, she has been awarded Million+ Dollar producer status by the Board of REALTORS for multiple times, as well as being recognized by her former company for outstanding sales and service.  She enjoys learning all aspects of the business, works with both buyers and sellers, and strives to give unparalleled personalized service to her customers and clients.  She is looking forward to the next chapter in her real estate career at our office!​

Sabrina POOLE

Sabrina was born and raised in Calhoun. After graduating from college, she lived in Atlanta for 20 years while working for Delta Air Lines as a software engineer. She moved back to Calhoun in 2001 to raise her kids in a smaller community. She has been an employee as well as an active volunteer in both the Gordon County and Calhoun City school systems since 2003. She is married to Blake Poole, VP Air Service and Economic Development at the Chattanooga Airport, and has two boys, Jordan and Casey. Sabrina earned her real estate license in January, 2017, and is very excited to begin a career in real estate. She considers loyalty, dedication, determination and persistence to be her strengths and most valuable assets to the real estate business. Becky Bates

Becky lives in Adairsville with her husband, Stan, and two children, Jack and Reagan. She earned her Real Estate license in July 2014, and specializes as a buyer’s agent. Helping clients find  new homes has been especially exciting for Becky! "Working with first time home buyers has been the most interesting! Educating them and helping them choose the perfect first home has been very rewarding." In her spare time, Becky enjoys gardening, music and reading. Becky is the principal saxophone player for the Bartow Winds. She also enjoys working with the youth group at her church.

BRETT MOSS

Brett grew up in Acworth, GA and is a graduate of Calhoun High School. After finishing his accounting education at Birmingham Southern College, he lived in the outskirts of Birmingham, AL with his wife, Ella, for two years. Now, Brett and Ella reside in Adairsville, GA where Brett works as an accountant and Ella as a pharmacist. Brett enjoys playing golf, traveling, and playing with his two dogs.
Brett decided to venture into real estate after learning from his grandmother-in-law, Brenda Brock. Having lived in multiple locations in Georgia and Alabama, Brett hopes to also get his Alabama license in the future. He is excited for the opportunity to begin his real estate business with this team!
